Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Rockwell Collins is seeking a part-time Client Service Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an entry-level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be independent, passionate, and possess strong planning and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Manage client accounts, including processing orders, resolving complaints, and providing product information - Build strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and optimize service delivery - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the client experience - Prepare reports and presentations for clients and management as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
