Job Description:
Expedia is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Service Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate the delivery of services to clients and resolve any issues that may arise - Analyze client data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Assist in the development of client service strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for reporting purposes
Requirements: - Confident and driven individual with excellent communication skills - Strong project management and planning abilities - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
