Job Description:
As a Client Service Officer at Mistplay, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home. Your main duty will be to address client inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. This role will require strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities: - Interact with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address their needs and concerns - Provide information about products and services, answer questions, and offer solutions to problems - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Assist in resolving any billing or payment issues - Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients
Requirements: - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strong negotiation skills - Attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Tech-savvy and able to navigate various computer systems - High school diploma or equivalent
