Job Description - Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and experienced Client Service Officer to join our team at AECOM. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their needs and concerns. - Maintain accurate client records and update them as needed. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure prompt and effective resolution of client issues. - Provide feedback and recommendations for improving our services based on client interactions. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better assist clients. - Meet performance goals and targets set by the company.


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. - Reliable and energetic personality with a strong work ethic. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong attention to detail and planning skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team setting. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
