Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Principal Financial is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This entry-level position requires no prior experience but we are looking for individuals who are driven and hardworking, with strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of client services - Assist in maintaining client records and updating database information accurately - Stay informed about company products and services to effectively educate clients and promote additional offerings - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills - Contribute to the overall success of the client service department by meeting performance goals and targets

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Driven and hardworking personality traits - Excellent decision-making and critical thinking skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments - A desire to learn and grow within a dynamic team
