Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Kinder Morgan is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a key member of our client services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various remote channels. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals who are confident, resourceful, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide support through phone, email, and chat - Handle client requests and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless customer service - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively assist clients - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confidence in providing solutions to client inquiries - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
