Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

HollyFrontier is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, and we are looking for individuals who are reliable and adaptable, with strong skills in teamwork and problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information and assistance to clients regarding products and services - Handling and resolving client complaints or issues effectively and efficiently - Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery - Continuously updating knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - A high school diploma or equivalent is required
