Client Service Representative

Jones Financial is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resilient, passionate, and have strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Answer client inquiries and provide information about our products and services - Process client orders and ensure timely delivery - Maintain client records and update databases with accurate information - Assist with resolving client complaints and issues in a professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required - Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
