Job Description - Client Service Representative


Job Description:


As a Client Service Representative at Tenet Healthcare in Toronto, Ontario, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to emails from clients in a timely manner. 2. Providing accurate information about Tenet Healthcare services, pricing, and availability to clients. 3. Conducting follow-up calls with clients to ensure their needs are being met and addressing any concerns they may have. 4. Processing client payments and assisting with billing inquiries. 5. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the company database. 6. Collaborating with other departments within the company to address client needs effectively. 7. Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about Tenet Healthcare services and industry trends.


Requirements: 1. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Dedication and motivation to provide exceptional client service. 7. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients. 8. Adaptability to handle changing priorities and client needs. 9. High school diploma or equivalent.
