Client Service Representative

Job Description:

KKR is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Service Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in client services.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, issue resolution, and account management. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to effectively address client queries. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall client experience. 7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
