Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Service Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients while working remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of being driven and energetic. In addition, strong soft skills in analysis and project management are required for success in this role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues. 5. Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve service offerings. 6. Support sales and marketing initiatives by promoting new products and services to clients. 7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and policies. 8. Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction and service levels.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Driven and energetic personality traits. 6. Soft skills in analysis and project management. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours and adapt to changing priorities. 8. Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection.
