Client Service Representative

Prudential Financial is currently seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to launch their career in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have - Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and requests in a timely and efficient manner - Develop a thorough understanding of Prudential Financial's products and services in order to effectively educate clients and promote solutions that meet their financial needs - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions and follow up on any outstanding issues to ensure client satisfaction - Collaborate with other members of the team to solve complex problems and provide comprehensive support to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures

Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality with excellent communication skills - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new software systems quickly - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in a related field preferred
