Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and confident Client Service Representative to join our team at Northwestern Mutual in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service - Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of information - Assist with account management and financial planning processes - Collaborate with financial advisors to support client needs and help achieve their financial goals - Prepare and distribute client reports and documentation in a timely manner - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - 4 years of experience as a Client Service Representative or similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred - Must be reliable, confident, detail-oriented, and possess critical thinking skills
