Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team at Northwestern Mutual in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships - Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases as needed - Assist clients with account setup, transactions, and general inquiries - Collaborate with financial advisors to provide clients with comprehensive financial planning solutions - Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to better serve clients - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in the financial services industry
Requirements: - Adaptable and resilient personality traits to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism - Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills to understand and meet the needs of diverse clients - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
