Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Remote Client Service Representative to join our team at Omnicom Group in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time Associate Level position requires a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in client service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a confident and energetic personality, as well as strong research and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Manage client accounts and ensure all inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner - Conduct research and gather information to assist clients with their needs - Collaborate with other team members to plan and implement strategies for client satisfaction - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements - Utilize data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in client service or a similar role - Confident and energetic personality with strong communication skills - Excellent research and planning abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
