Job Description - Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


Telus is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time, work from home basis in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an entry-level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information and guidance to clients to ensure they have a positive experience with Telus services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Telus products and services to clients. 6. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support as needed. 7. Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to client satisfaction, response times, and sales targets.


Requirements: 1. Independent and driven personality traits to effectively work from home and meet set goals. 2. Strong leadership skills to take charge of client interactions and guide them through the resolution process. 3. Attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and deliver personalized service to clients. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work in a high-energy environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
