Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Boston Scientific is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have - Process client orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and retention - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Hardworking and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
