Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Owens-Illinois is currently seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are energetic, adaptable, and possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Handle client inquiries, concerns, and issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products and services - Prepare reports and analysis on client performance and feedback

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Energetic and adaptable personality - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
