Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Service Specialist to join our team at Big Lots in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. This is a part-time position at the Associate level with a requirement of 4 years of experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone. 2. Manage client inquiries, feedback, and complaints, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. 3. Provide product information and assistance with purchases. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 7. Provide support to the sales team as needed.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and confident personality traits. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Familiarity with retail POS systems is a plus. 6. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
