Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

O’Reilly Automotive is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various remote communication channels. The ideal candidate will be motivated and driven, with a strong ability to adapt to new challenges and effectively manage client relationships.

Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound client communication through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings - Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding product inquiries, order status, and technical support - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues and concerns - Maintain client records and update CRM system with relevant information - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients based on their needs and preferences - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall client service goals and objectives

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage client relationships - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members in a remote setting - Must be motivated, driven, adaptable, and have strong people management skills
