Job Description:
As a Remote Client Service Specialist at Sealed Air, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Montreal, Quebec area. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction through remote communication methods. This part-time position is ideal for individuals at the Associate Level with at least 2 years of experience in client service roles.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients remotely to address their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and support to clients to facilitate their decision-making process. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the customer database accordingly. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist clients.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment. 2. Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams. 3. Adaptability to handle changing priorities and meet customer needs efficiently. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
