Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Ecolab, a global leader in water, hygiene, and energy technologies and services, is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or related role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their individual requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver services to clients effectively - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships - Conduct regular analysis of client accounts to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Communicate client feedback and market insights to internal stakeholders to inform product development and strategy - Manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure all client needs are met

Requirements: - Independent and resilient personality traits - Excellent negotiation and analysis skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
