As a Remote Client Service Specialist at Parker-Hannifin, located in Vancouver, British Columbia, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through various remote channels. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Engage with clients through email, phone, and chat to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Assist clients with navigating our products and services, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information to clients - Continuously seek ways to improve the client experience and suggest process improvements
Requirements: - Adaptable personality with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment - 3+ years of experience in customer service or client support roles - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships - Emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs - Strong problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and remote communication tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred
