Job Description: As a Client Service Specialist at Raytheon in Montreal, Quebec, CA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Provide support on client projects as needed - Track and report on client feedback and satisfaction - Assist with client onboarding and training as required - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service
Requirements: - Dedicated and driven attitude - Strong decision-making and leadership skills - 2+ years of experience in client service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
