Job Description - Client Service Specialist


Job Description:


Mosaic is currently seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in client services. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and dedicated, with strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners to ensure exceptional service delivery - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions to meet their needs - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients - Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in the company database - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings, highlighting key performance metrics and recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service offerings


Requirements: - Previous experience in a client service or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
