Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and resilient Client Service Specialist to join our team at Sysco in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy - Process client orders and ensure accurate delivery and fulfillment - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client issues or concerns - Provide product information and recommendations to clients as needed - Assist with client account management and data entry tasks - Support the Client Service team with various administrative duties as required
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or client relations - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism - Passion for providing excellent customer service and exceeding client expectations - Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to cooperate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - Knowledge of the food industry or previous experience in a similar role is a plus
