Job Description:
LifePoint Health is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive client engagement and improve overall service delivery. 5. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in client service processes and procedures. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information in the company's CRM system. 7. Collaborate with management to identify trends and insights to improve overall client satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in client service or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Strategic planning and innovation skills. 6. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
