Client Service Specialist

AutoNation in Toronto, Ontario, CA is currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis at the Associate Level.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Ensure client satisfaction by actively listening to their needs and providing solutions or escalating issues as needed - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience - Identify opportunities for improvement in client service processes and make recommendations for implementation - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients - Attend training sessions and meetings to further develop your skills and knowledge - Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities and innovative problem-solving skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that embraces change - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
