Client Service Specialist

Global Partners, a leading financial services company in Vancouver, British Columbia, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of related experience in the financial services industry.

The ideal candidate for this role will be hardworking, driven, and possess excellent analytical and research skills. The Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Key responsibilities of the Client Service Specialist include: - Managing client accounts and relationships - Providing support to clients on various financial products and services - Conducting research and analysis to address client needs - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients receive timely and accurate information - Assisting with account onboarding and documentation processes - Monitoring client satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement

In addition to the above responsibilities, the Client Service Specialist will have the opportunity to travel for client meetings and training sessions, as well as access to company transportation for work-related purposes. Paid Time Off (PTO) is also provided to support work-life balance.
