Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team at Union Pacific in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service remotely, ensuring that our clients are satisfied and their needs are met. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other virtual platforms to address their inquiries and concerns - Provide information about our products and services to clients - Maintain client records and update information as needed - Coordinate with other team members to resolve any client issues or concerns - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall client experience

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities - Effective project management skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
