Job Description - Client Service Specialist

Job Description:


St. Jude Medical is seeking a passionate and confident Client Service Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues and answering questions effectively. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients. 4. Conduct regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. 5. Assist in the development of client service strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 7. Handle escalated client issues with tact and diplomacy, seeking resolution in a timely manner. 8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. 3+ years of experience in a client service or customer service role. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. 4. Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 7. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
