Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Ralph Lauren is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess a strong work ethic and dedication to delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. 2. Provide product information, answer questions, and assist with purchases both in-store and online. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of customer service experience. 2. Hardworking and dedicated. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to innovate and think strategically. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
