Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Covenant House Vancouver is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will work from home and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Toronto area. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account management, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate department for resolution - Provide regular updates to clients regarding their accounts and any relevant information - Meet and exceed monthly performance metrics and goals set by management

Requirements: - 3+ years of customer service experience - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet - Knowledge of the Toronto area and local resources is an asset
