Job Description:
Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position requiring at least 2 years of experience, this role is perfect for individuals who are independent, driven, and possess strong negotiation and cooperation skills.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction - Coordinate and manage client accounts, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet clients' needs and objectives - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote loyalty and improve customer retention - Provide regular reports and updates to clients on the status of their accounts - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Demonstrated negotiation and cooperation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
