Job Description:
Boston Scientific is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Support Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, suitable for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in client support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, dedicated, innovative, and adept at strategic planning.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with inquiries, issue resolution, and product information - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Support sales and marketing efforts by providing client feedback and insights - Assist in the development of client support strategies and initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred) - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Innovation and strategic planning soft skills
