Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Client Support Assistant to join our team at Bank of New York Mellon Corp. in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist with account management tasks, including processing transactions, updating client information, and resolving account discrepancies - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate client support - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions for client issues - Manage relationships with clients, building trust and rapport to create a positive experience - Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all client interactions - Support senior team members in various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in client support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong people management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software - A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building client relationships - Creativity in problem-solving to address client needs effectively
