Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description: Arrow Electronics is seeking a confident and passionate Client Support Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date - Assist in the coordination of projects and tasks to ensure timely completion - Collaborate with team members to innovate and improve our client support services - Provide training and support to clients on our products and services - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all client interactions


Requirements: - Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills - Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously - Innovative thinker with the ability to problem-solve effectively - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support role - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
