Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a reliable and driven Client Support Assistant to join our team at Fidelity National Financial in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with account inquiries, technical issues, and general information about our products and services - Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide seamless customer experiences - Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments - Conduct research and provide recommendations for improving customer service processes - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred - Excellent people management and time management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred - Bilingual in English and French is a plus
