Job Description:
WellCare Health Plans is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, billing questions, and general support issues. 3. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues and inquiries. 4. Maintain client records and update information in the database as needed. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support client retention efforts. 6. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Client Support Manager.
Requirements: 1. Must be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 2. Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently. 3. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 4. Strong persuasion and communication skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Previous experience in a client support or customer service role. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
