Job Description:
KPMG is seeking a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team based in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, driven, and possess strong cooperation and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities: - Assist clients remotely with any technical issues or questions they may have - Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions - Continuously improve and update knowledge of products and services to better assist clients - Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required - Contribute to the overall success of the client support team
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Proficiency in using remote support tools and software - Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
