Job Description:
General Mills is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team in Toronto, Ontario as a Client Support Assistant. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure satisfaction - Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in client support operations - Provide administrative support to the client support team as needed
Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable with a strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze client needs and provide solutions effectively - Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience in retail or consumer goods industry preferred - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
