Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Client Support Associate to join our team at Bank of America Corp. in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a related field. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account management tasks, such as setting up new accounts, updating account information, and processing transactions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and resolve any complex client issues. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients to drive revenue growth. 6. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve client support processes and enhance the overall client experience. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to support the team and organization.


Requirements: 1. Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a related field. 2. Energetic and resilient personality traits with a strong customer service orientation. 3. Excellent time management and project management skills to multitask and prioritize effectively. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
