Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Entergy is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This part-time position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to remote clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Assist clients with account setup, billing inquiries, and other service-related tasks - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve problems efficiently - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure all communication is logged accurately - Work independently to meet performance goals and KPIs set by management - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements: - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Excellent presentation and cooperation skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience with remote support tools and CRM systems preferred - Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
