Job Description - Client Support Associate

The Client Support Associate at JetBlue Airways in Montreal, Quebec will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients to ensure their satisfaction. This is a part-time entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist clients with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues that may arise. 3. Collaborate with other team members to find creative solutions to client problems and improve overall customer experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company's database. 5. Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting a positive image and providing a consistent level of service excellence.


Requirements: 1. Confidence and resilience in dealing with difficult clients and challenging situations. 2. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. 3. Creativity in problem-solving and customer service delivery. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and databases. 7. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
