Spectra Energy is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are reliable, confident, and possess strong project management and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels - Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and concerns - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback to improve overall service delivery

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Excellent organizational and time management skills - High school diploma or equivalent
