Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Client Support Associate to join our team at TJX in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Entry Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or in person. 2. Provide support and guidance to clients on product information, order status, and delivery timelines. 3. Assist clients with returns, exchanges, and refunds, following company policies and procedures. 4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients. 8. Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by management to support team goals.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and hardworking individual with a customer-centric approach. 2. Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to effectively interact with clients. 3. Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and take initiative in problem-solving situations. 4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage client requests efficiently. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is preferred. 6. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 7. No prior experience required - we are looking for enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and grow in their role.
