Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Sobeys is seeking a motivated and confident Client Support Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time entry-level position, the Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with product information, order placements, and issue resolution. 3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill client requests and resolve issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to clients.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or client support. 2. Confident and motivated individual with excellent communication skills. 3. Ability to negotiate and cooperate effectively with clients and internal teams. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Knowledge of the retail industry is a plus. 6. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
