Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description:


Insight Enterprises is seeking a hardworking and energetic individual to join our team as a Client Support Associate in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in client support.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services. 4. Maintain client records and update information in the company database. 5. Conduct market research and gather feedback from clients to improve services. 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required. 6.
