Job Description - Remote Client Support Associate

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent remote customer support for Loblaw Companies clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in client inquiries - Assist clients with navigating the Loblaw Companies website and online platform - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on Loblaw Companies products, services, and policies


Requirements: - 1 year of customer support experience preferred - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resourceful and motivated with a positive attitude - Strong research and analysis skills - Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
