Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description:


Norfolk Southern is seeking a confident and energetic Client Support Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in client support or a related field. The Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients. 3. Assist clients with placing orders and processing payments. 4. Investigate and resolve client issues or complaints in a professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database. 7. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients. 8. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance job performance.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 2. 4+ years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Experience with CRM software is a plus.
